Rule Three: Be awesome to each other.
Don’t let insecurity guide how you feel about other people—you’re awesome, and how you view others should guide that. Since you’re awesome, do you need to be jealous? Since you’re awesome, do you need to set yourself above other people to feel good about yourself? Since you’re awesome—the awesomest—does the success of someone else take anything away from you?
This is not to say that other people aren’t sometimes draining, or harmful to your happiness, or other things that you don’t want in your life. But since you’re awesome, what are you going to do about that? Are you going to embroil yourself in nonsense, or are you going to handle things that are less than awesome in the most awesome way possible?
